Dashboard

The Dashboard gives you a quick view of call activity for the organization you've selected.

Choose a timeframe at the top of the page. The charts show call volume, outcomes, duration, and other available breakdowns. You can choose which tags and actions appear in their metric cards when you have permission to configure the dashboard.

Open Calls to inspect an individual conversation or Clients to review the people who called.
