Settings

Settings holds the organization details and access controls available to your account.

Use Business details to review the organization's saved identity and preferences. Use Users to review who can access the dashboard and what they can do. Your permissions determine which settings you can open or change.

Check the selected organization before you save a change. Each organization's calls, clients, knowledge, and agent guidance are kept separate.
